The Chair offers various short-term training formats that allow reflection on how leadership in values becomes a model of change and transformation within organizations.
The sessions combine theoretical presentations with practical activities. They work based on the corporate and professional values of each organization, connecting them with the model of the Chair of Leadership in Values, which has been developed from the life and professional trajectory of its directors: Pep Guardiola and Manel Estiarte.
The Chair schedules short-term training on leadership and values open to people interested in the topic and also customizes it for companies and organizations.
Different formats to meet different needs
Masterclass
Duration: 1 hour
Participants: a minimum of 15 people
The objective is to introduce the conceptual framework of the Chair of Values-Based Leadership.
Seminari-taller
Duration: 5 hours / 8 hours
Participants: A minimum of 15 people and up to a maximum of 25
The objective is to reflect on how values-based leadership becomes a tool for change and transformation in organizations. It focuses on working with corporate and professional values.
