Former football player and currently coach of the Manchester City first football team. He was awarded the Medal of Honour of the Parliament of Catalonia in 2011 for his ability to transmit the values of “sportsmanship, teamwork, effort and self-improvement”.

Former water polo player and member of Pep Guardiola’s coaching staff at Manchester City. He has been an Olympian on several occasions and was a member of the International Olympic Committee. He received the Prince of Asturias Award for Sports for his exemplary sporting career in 2001.

PhD in Psychology, international consultant, and trainer in the area of executive management and associate professor at different business schools. Co-creator of the gamified management training tool, “Management Colors”. Currently, he is the Director of International Strategy at the University Foundation of Bages (UVic-UCC Manresa campus). He has held different management positions in the health sector. He was vice-rector of the Manresa campus of the University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia, from 2014 to 2017.

She is currently the Director of Corporate Development at the Bages University Foundation (UVic-UCC Manresa Campus) where, in addition to her own management tasks, she carries out teaching and research activities in two different areas: Organisational Development of teams and people; and transformative innovation and simulation.

Director of the Víctor Grífols and Lucas Foundation and the Chair of Bioethics “Grífols Foundation” at the University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia at its Centre for Healthcare and Social Studies. Vice-president of the Bioethics Committee of Catalonia. Author of numerous publications on bioethics and law. Speaker at different national and international congresses and conferences on bioethics and bioethics health law.
