The Chair of Values-Based Leadership organizes training and outreach activities for different types of groups and in various formats: conferences, workshops, short and long courses, and events, always with leadership and values as the guiding thread.

In addition to the open activity program, the Chair also offers these same formats and content to institutions, organizations, and companies so they can offer them to their staff or collaborators as part of their internal training and professional and managerial development strategy.
