The Values-Based Leadership University Chair organizes educational and disseminating activities for different types of groups in various formats: conferences, workshops, short and long-term courses and events, always with leadership and values as the guiding principles.

In addition to the open activity program, the University Chair also offers these same formats and content to institutions, organizations, and companies so that they could include them in their internal training and professional and managerial development strategy. Likewise, customized products can be designed to meet their specific needs.

The Match

The Match is a game show designed as a motivational and inspirational activity for teamworks in companies and organizations.

It is based on the conceptual model developed by the Chair of Values-Based Leadership at the Manresa campus of the University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia.

It is much more than a game; it is a proposal to bring academic reflection on leadership and values to those individuals who, in their day-to-day lives, shape and give substance to companies, institutions, and organizations.

Original idea: Ivan Tàpia (Cocolisto) and Carlota Riera (UManresa – FUB)
Directed by David Pintó
